Waiheke Beach Villa Duplex

Waiheke Beach Villa Duplex is situated in the Heart of Oneroa, right beside the shops, a stones throw away from the cafe hub of Waiheke Island. Stunning views over Oneroa beach. Nightly rates vary please see the chart below for these. This modern home is sure to impress you. Waiheke Beach Villa Duplex has a large sun filled north facing deck, where you can laze away the days or bask in the sun, watch the ever changing scenery as boats move in and out of the bay, and see holiday makers enjoy the pristine white sand beach. Please note cleaning fee also includes linen hire.

Waiheke Beach Villa is a Duplex, two houses joined together 4 bed/3 bath and 3 bed/2 bath and access through the large pantry and through the double garage as well, it has 2 well equipped kitchens and 3 living spaces. there is a BBQ for your convenience also. Walkway to the beach 2 doors along as is the bus stop. The 4 bedroom side is fenced in the front with a petanque court.

We have a strict booking policy so do not refund if you simply change your mind, it is best to be certain you will make it before booking. If Covid shuts us down again though and travel to the island is not possible, we will give a full refund or move you to another date if you prefer.
Once we receive your booking you will be emailed some general info on the property and an information sheet on Waiheke Island to help you plan your holiday ahead. This information is also at the house in a folder.

The property comes with complimentary Sky TV and Wi-Fi you will be given the Wi-Fi code and the codes for the doors 2 weeks prior to your stay once your final payment has been made.

Because Waiheke Beach Villa Duplex is located right by the action, please bear in mind it can be noisy, especially over the summer months, we can’t do anything about this, you book the house understanding this, there is a restaurant right next door across the access way and the oyster inn restaurant across the street. If you feel the noise may bother you we recommend using ear plugs. In the back yard the hedges on either side are not totally secure for keeping little ones in so please watch your children don’t escape. The front courtyard on the 4 bedroom side is securely fenced. The gate just doesn’t lock so that is safe for your little ones.

While we don’t live on the island we are only a phone call or email away and if something needs attending to urgently we have people we can call on close by to take care of it.

There are 2 portable cots and highchairs there if needed and stair barriers, if you need to use the cots please let us know when booking so we can make a note to leave the linen out for you.

This is a nonsmoking property, if you do smoke only do so outside and please remove all traces, do not throw anything in the garden or onto the roof from upstairs. We sometimes collect water off the roof.

Bedroom 1 Californian king with ensuite, can be split into two king singles if required and ordered when you book please.

Bedroom 2
Double bed.

Bedroom 3
Californian king which can be split into two king singles if required.

Bedroom 4
2 king singles and a single. The king singles can be made up as a Superking but they do not zip together.

Bedroom 5
double bed and single bed

Bedroom 6
Californian king which can be split into two king singles if required.

Bedroom 7
Californian King with ensuite, this bed can be split into two king singles if required.
Things To Note
The minimum stay periods are
1 night bookings available Sunday to Thursday please contact us directly for this option, not available on peak season
2 nights normally
5 nights for the Christmas new year period
a one night stay is possible Sunday to Thursday please contact us directly for that as we can’t set the site up for it.
A weekend is Friday-Saturday nights, not Saturday-Sunday.
